Executive Committee: University Branding and Athletics Logo
The University of Alabama in Huntsville’s Vice President of Strategic Communications and Creative Director invited me to serve on an executive committee to help with a branding realignment project for the university. The centerpiece of the project is a complete redesign of UAH’s athletics mascot and typeface. We worked closely with a creative agency to deliver a contemporary, bold design that excited the president and the athletic director and will help UAH’s teams stand out in a crowded athletic conference. Final unveiling to the student body — the real judges — will happen this summer. We’re excited to see their reaction.
